My Role at BCS Wealth Management
I truly enjoy helping companies implement a holistic benefits offering to allow their employees easy access in attaining valued coverages of all types. We work diligently to mitigate the company’s costs, provide exceptional service to reduce the administrative burden, all whilst offering beneficial and affordable coverages to the employees. It’s a complex puzzle to satisfy all the employees and the executives of a company alike, but it’s a puzzle I enjoy solving!
I also help individuals with their insurance planning needs including life coverage, disability (income protection), long-term care, health coverage, and more. We offer free review, educational, and guidance services on current policies as well. It is truly delightful to give people peace of mind regarding their risk management.
Education and Experience
I graduated summa cum laude from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with a Statistics Concentration and a Minor in Economics. I was the sole recipient of the ETSU Department of Mathematics & Statistics Faculty Award in 2016-2017. Prior to ETSU, I attended Surry Community College in North Carolina to play baseball, where I received the Surry Knights Scholar Athlete of Year Award in 2013-2014. I then transferred back home to ETSU to finish my degree and baseball career.
Community Involvement and Personal Notes
Since graduating from college, I’ve stayed close to the game of baseball by coaching at RBI Tri-Cities in Johnson City. I absolutely love working with athletes of all ages, from beginner players to highly-skilled high school players. I am a member of Central Church of Christ in Johnson City, and I greatly enjoy time spent with my family and friends. Outside of work, I enjoy all things sports-related, traveling, exploring and hiking, snowboarding and ping-pong. Like a lot of former baseball players, as of the last few years, I have fallen in love with the game of golf and I can’t get enough of it.
